- Consistency - Anyone can simply place a sign in the yard and the listing in the MLS. Not only does it take strong marketing, consistency in effort is also critical. Marketing plans must remain active and aggressively executed until the home has become SOLD.
Some would argue the quality of the market plays a large role... in SWFL the market has been and (based on expert opinions) will remain to be a strong and growing market for the foreseen future. (Of course, this does not take into account any natural, economic, political disasters that can effect the market.) A home can be sold in any market if the reasons above are remedied.
